Three Great Chefs For One Great Meal

Legendary Chef Alain Sailhac joins former protege Geoffrey Zakarian, along with Zakarian’s protege, Eric Haugen, in the kitchen at The Lambs Club to prepare a special meal inspired by French Classical technique and the modern road it has traveled.

Wines paired by Winemaker Roman Roth of Wölffer Estate Vineyard and a special conversation with the Chefs and winemaker will follow the meal.
