
Chef Geoffrey Zakarian
Geoffrey began his culinary career at Le Cirque in 1982 as a Pastry Sous Chef and over a period of five years became the Chef de Cuisine under Alain Sailhac. In 1988, Chef Zakarian won his first Executive Chef position and opened the infmaous "44" at the Royalton Hotel. From there, Geoffrey went on to open the Blue Door at the Delano Hotel in Miami in 1995 and became the Executive Chef at Patroon in 1997. As an owner, Geoffrey created TOWN. at The Chambers Hotel and Country at The Carlton Hotel, both of which received acclaim from ciritcs and diners alike. Chef Zakarian is a regular on the Food Network and the author of "Geoffrey Zakarian's Town/Country, 150 Recipes for Life Around the Table."
