Will Regan & David Rabin

Will Regan and David Rabin have been friends since their days together at Tufts University. After careers in finance and law, respectively, they switched gears and entered the hospitality business with their first venture, downtown hot spot Rex. They went on to create the first Western-style supper club in Moscow, Manhattan Express, and came back to open Union Bar, Lotus, Vbar (Las Vegas) and The Double Seven. David is also the Founder and President of the Meatpacking District Initiative and President Emeritus of the NY Nightlife Association.
