Under the Direction of partners Chef Jack Logue (Zagat 30 Under 30, Daniel, Michelin stars at Betony and Clocktower), Chris Miller (Café Boulud, Atera), and noted restaurateur and nightlife guru David Rabin, the Lambs Club has re-invented itself by recognizing and honoring its history, while focusing on the future of hospitality in New York City. Serving elevated and fun takes on American classics seen through a New York lens, the cocktail and food programs at the Lambs Club inspire guests by using carefully crafted technique with delicious and thoughtful flavors all evoking a deep sense of nostalgia. Serving breakfast and dinner in an iconic and timeless dining room, the Lambs Club boasts an extensive global wine list as well as service that is attentive and well executed, yet still warm and inviting.
Honoring the history of the building, built by Stanford White in 1905, we seek to re-imagine the hospitable purpose of the original Lambs Club—a private members club for Broadway/Film actors and actresses known as “The Lambs”—this time as a public restaurant, bar and event space. The purpose, however, still remains as true as ever; to create an oasis from the bustling life of New York City and offer a space to eat, drink, relax and be taken care of.
